For many years, Paly Choirs had the opportunity to participate in Stanford’s weekly musical meditation, Compline at Stanford Memorial Church. It was a glorious event in that marvelous space and when that tradition ended a few years ago we sought to replace it with something here on campus.
Evening Song is our new iteration of a musical meditation. Evening Song asks our students to perform songs and music from their cultural, religious, spiritual, ethnic, or family traditions. Our diverse student population brings so much to our campus and we are excited to hear what those traditions sound like and to share it with more students.
Please join us October 3rd at 8pm at the Historic Haymarket Theater for this ½ hour of music and song.
