I’ve never been to a truly big waterfall. You see it in pictures you see it in movies and when you see it in person, you really can’t believe it. 87 m high the largest waterfall in Plitvice stunning. More than one of the chaperones said I can’t believe more people don’t know about this. Well, it turns out many people do as 2 million travelers visit the park each year. Our guides on the tour mentioned that we were particularly lucky as the weather was perfect and it was a low attendance park day. And we were truly lucky. Stunning views, a wonderful hike. Again, not much to say that the pictures can’t say for us.
