Having been on many of these tours, both as a participant and a director, I can tell you you don’t get many days to lounge. Yes there is sightseeing, both guided and self-directed but there is rarely an enough time just to sit and get the flavor of the town. After a wonderful guided sightseeing tour of the city, we had 4 1/2 hours just to exist inside Ljubljana. And I hope the students found it as magical as I did.
